5 Action Steps for Achieving Better Recruiting Results

Unless you make a conscious decision to make changes in the way you work your desk, your daily routine could mirror the movie Groundhog Day. Each working day is pretty much identical to prior days at work.

Do you want better results as a recruiter?

If you want this year to be better than 2015, it’s time to “Let go and shake things up!”  If you’re able to do that, you could very well reach a new level of production, success, and income.

Below are five action steps for achieving these things:

  1. Focus on the 20% of what you do that provides you with 80% of your results.
  2. Stop doing things that waste your time.
  3. If you want to obtain great clients, write a list of targets and consistently let them know why they should utilize you vs. your competition.
  4. If you need to attract better talent, create a referral program and learn to utilize social media. It’s time to embrace new techniques to attract talent.
  5. Learn to embrace technology, which will continue to impact the staffing and recruiting profession worldwide in the years ahead.

The rest of the year stretches out before you.  I hope you take the action you need to take and and make changes that will help you attain a new level of success.
